Each item in the box is hand gift-wrapped so that the lucky recipient has lots of items to open. We can deliver to you or straight to your loved one - your choice! Here's a bit more info about each item:

TOUR GIFT VOUCHER: Secret London Runs give guided-running tours of London. Each tour is £75*, so this voucher gives the lucky recipient two tours to go with their merch. Choose between Crime & Punishment, Sex & Scandal, Jack the Ripper, Street Art (in the East and the South), Power Women, Power Women of the East and the Great Fire of London.
*NB our gin tour and beer tour are more expensive due to the delicious liquids included in the ticket. The voucher can go towards the price of them
As soon as we have more information about 2021 guidelines, we'll publish a schedule of tours throughout the year at a variety of paces. We'll email all gift-box recipients as soon as the schedule is up. This voucher is to pay in full for two people to join a group running tour and can't be used in conjunction with another offer. If the recipient would prefer a private tour, they can put the amount of the voucher against the balance of the private tour. The voucher with all the information on it will be inside the box.

Secret London Runs £75 voucher and buff set
We hope you're thrilled with your box, but if you're not completely satisfied, we are happy to provide refunds or exchanges to any UNWORN merchandise, with all tags and labels still attached.
To obtain a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods by emailing customerservice@secretlondonruns.com
If your item is not a manufacturing fault, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Secret London Runs. We will refund you once the goods are recieved by us, so we strongly recommend signed-for postage.
We do not offer refunds on sale items unless they are faulty.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to get your items in the post within 1-3 working days of your order. We'll send you an email when your order has left our headquarters. We ship via Royal Mail, and it usually takes 3-5 business days for your parcel to arrive to addresses in the UK. Tracking information will be provided to orders of leggings and capris.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we operate internationally and ship worldwide. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the parcel once it has left the UK, and any import taxes or charges are to be paid by the customer.
