WHAT PACE WILL THE TOURS BE?
We run at the pace of the gentlest runner in the group. No one gets left behind. If we have two guides available, we may break up into smaller groups based on pace. For tours with more than 10 runners, we'll always have a designated back-runner to help you feel at ease. At a number of our tours we have a guide pace to keep you in your comfort zone.
