We hope you're thrilled with your shirt, but if you're not completely satisfied, we are happy to provide refunds or exchanges to any UNWORN merchandise, with all tags and labels still attached.

To obtain a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods by emailing customerservice@secretlondonruns.com

If your item is not a manufacturing fault, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Secret London Runs. We will refund you once the goods are recieved by us, so we strongly recommend signed-for postage.

We do not offer refunds on sale items unless they are faulty.
How long does shipping take?

We aim to get your items in the post within 1-3 working days of your order. We'll send you an email when your order has left our headquarters. We ship via Royal Mail, and it usually takes 3-5 business days for your parcel to arrive to addresses in the UK. Tracking information will be provided to orders of leggings and capris.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we operate internationally and ship worldwide. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the parcel once it has left the UK, and any import taxes or charges are to be paid by the customer.
