Badass Women of Bermondsey 4km walking tour

Walk 4km through Bermondsey uncovering the incredibly badass women from its history along the way. 

We'll be focusing on the events of 1911 when thousands of women from the area joined together to bring about much-needed change. There aren't many statues of these women - but we'll be uncovering the remains of the places that were key to their movement on this brand new tour written for Women's History Month 2022.

Starts at: London Bridge Station - meet at the Southwark Gateway Needle, 1 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2PF

Ends at: Bermondsey Station

Date: Sunday 27th March, 2:30pm

Length: 4km (2.5 miles)

Time: Approx 1.5 hours (can vary depending on pace and number of questions)

Tickets include: Guided history tour, digital photos, finish-line snack, info about the people on the tour circulated afterwards.
