From the 1st to the 12th of December, you've accepted the challenge to run or walk 25, 50 or 100 miles, broken up however you like.

LOGGING YOUR MILEAGE
You'll log the evidence of your activities in an app called The Dash - we'll circulate download instructions and give you a unique join code on 30th November.
You just upload a picture of your activity from ANY GPS tracker/treadmill into the app.
This could be a screenshot of your route or distance, or a photograph of the distance covered on your treadmill. We really don't mind how you choose to document your evidence, so please do whatever is easiest for you.
Each day there are 3 opportunities to add your evidence. This means you can add separate journeys, you can even use a trip to the shops to count towards your total! If you want to load more than 3 activities we advise using a collage app to collate your evidence.
YOUR DAILY TREASURE HUNT
Along with your daily mileage challenge, we're also going to set you a daily challenge of something to find on your adventures. Each day's challenge will have a link to the 12 Days of Christmas and will be revealed at 8pm (GMT) the night before (by email and social media) so you have time to plan.
You'll upload your treasure hunting picture in the same place as your GPS evidence.
YOUR DAILY COCKTAIL RECIPE
Every day we'll reveal a new cocktail recipe for you to try and reward your thirst-quenching work. We'll send these to you in your daily email, as well on social media.

12-DAY PLANS
Not sure how you're going to manage it? We've made some 12 day plans to keep you on track. All exercise is completed at your own risk. Please consult a physician before starting a new regime.
PRIZES
There'll be prizes awarded each day for the treasure hunting challenge, as well as for the most festive finish-line pics of you and your gin. We have got some amazing prizes lined up for you.

As this is a virtual event, you will need to print out your own bib. You will be able to customise it with your name and number - there is a box for each on the editable PDF. Find your race number on the full list here.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO SELF-ISOLATE?
Complete the challenge when you can. We'll still send you your medal.
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR MEDALS?
We'll be sending medals out straight after the event. Please don't worry if others have theirs before yours. We hand pack medals and physically can't send them all at the same time. Please note that there won't be goodyboxes this year - they really did break us last year! But there will be plenty of goodies enclosed in your package!
