Group tours are on various dates in May - each tour has a guide pace to keep you in your comfort zone, based on your usual running speed. The tour will take longer as we stop to hear scandalous tales and reminisce over bubbles at the end.
Half-walk, half run, you're really here for the scandal not the sweat! This pace is short intervals of jogging mixed in with walking.
Saturday 11th May, 2pm
Tuesday 14th May, 6.30pm
Sunday 19th May, 12pm
SEX & SCANDAL
Starting on Cock Lane, we'll run through London's once-raunchy streets, stopping to retell stories of smut from the 17th century.
Meet Colonel Condom, discover some unusual yet popular erotic practices from the time, and get to the bottom of a curious theft of a body-part at St Paul's cathedral.
Every runner gets a glass of prosecco to wash down their new naughty knowledge...see you on Cock Lane?

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
JUST TOO MUCH FUN!
Smutty London history delivered at points along a 10k run (or plod in my case!). An absolutely hilarious way to spend an afternoon getting your exercise in while having such a good time. I would thoroughly recommend this tour and I even did it as part of my hen party! Fantastic fun and an absolute must for anyone interested in history, or running, or sex!
SEX IN THE CITY
My favourite secret London run yet, very interesting and entertaining. Amazing how much you can learn about your own home city. And the freebie from Coco de Mer and the prosecco at the end are very welcome!

MAKES 10K MANAGEABLE!
"I booked a private Sex and the City run with some friends who are reluctant runners and were concerned 10k would be too much - they needn't have worried. A good mix of steady pace to suit the group, coupled with the frequent stops to hear the deliciously smutty secrets of London's past made the day enjoyable and entertaining for all"
