"Organised a gin run for my birthday and it was a great way to celebrate. Fun and very different afternoon out! We're a group of very mixed ability runners (experienced to never really done any running before) but Matt set the pace perfectly and kept us informed and entertained throughout. Turns out a G+T is the perfect way to recuperate after a run. Strongly recommend!"

PRIVATE CRAFT BEER TOUR
"Josh was extremely knowledgable, enthusiastic and a really nice guy just to have a general (non beer-related) chat with! Not only did the tour take us through parts of London that we were completely unfamiliar with, it also allowed us to experience familiar areas in a totally new light. It was paced perfectly. Josh told us how far each running segment would be in advance, which was particularly helpful for the final longer stretch down the canal, and very kindly took over the conversation when we were starting to get a bit out of breath to run and chat at the same time. Right, off to book the gin tour next!"

AMAZING POWER WOMEN OF THE EAST END 10K TOUR
"Vanessa is lovely, passionate about history and running and led us around the East End to the most interesting places regarding the history of women who pioneered social change and rights for women, from Catherine Booth to Sylvia Pankhurst. It was a great run for us, although we had both not run 10k in quite a while and Vanessa was wonderful at adapting to our pace while also encouraging us to keep going. I wholeheartedly recommend Vanessa and Secret London Runs, all events I have taken part in where well-organised, lots of fun and I've always learned something new about history."

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
We take the safety of our customers very seriously - here's how we will keep you safe on your running tour.
Up to 5 households on each tour. All participants will follow the latest government guidance on social distancing between households on the tour and other members of the public.
Your guide will wear a mask to greet you – and will keep it on when speaking if you request. Otherwise, we’ll only wear our masks if we find ourselves in a busy area.
We'll avoid busy areas with a higher risk of transmission or where social distancing may be difficult. This may include diversions on your tour.
We will be in touch in advance of your tour to remind you to familiarise yourself with these safety measures.
Any runner who displays symptoms of the coronavirus, or lives with someone who does, should follow government guidance about self-isolating. Our guides will do the same. We will be happy to reschedule your tour to another date once this isolation period is over.
For our Craft Beer & Gin tours, we will be liaising with our brewery & distillery partners to deliver a safe and enjoyable customer experience. Any specific guidance will be communicated via email and again prior to entering.
We must have contact details for at least one member of each household, which we will retain for NHS Test and Trace purposes for 21 days. If you or someone in your household tests positive for the coronavirus within 2 weeks following your tour, please notify us as soon as possible.
Toilets may not be available at or close to the start of the run – so please make sure you’re prepared for this. But we’ll have hand sanitiser if you need it at the start and end of your tour.
All our activities take place in line with current UK government guidance, which will update over time. This may mean the guidelines at the time of booking are different when you join us. Please ensure you read and understand the current guidelines.
