Craft Beers of the East End Running Tour

Join us for an easy-going, scenic 8km running tour through London's East End, stopping at a few of our favourite breweries and pubs to sample the best London craft beer on offer. Along the way, your beer-loving guide will tell you more about the brewing history of the East End and the dynamics behind the recent craft beer revolution.

The run begins at the Old Truman Brewery - previously the largest brewery in the world - on bustling Brick Lane, and takes you to a number of nods to the area's brewing past. At three breweries along the route, you'll stop for a quick sample armed with a score card, sampling tips and insight onto the rise of craft beer in the East End. The tour ends in a brewery in Hackney Wick, with a pint and a snack, after a beautiful jog along the canal.

Starts at: The Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane (meet underneath the black eagle sign)

Nearest station: Shoreditch High Street

Ends at: Hackney Wick

Date: Saturday 21st May, 1pm

Length: 8k / 5 miles

Time: Approx 2-2.5 hours (can vary depending on pace and number of questions)

Tickets include: Guided history tour, digital photos, 3 samples and a sampling card, 1 pint, a finish-line snack, info from the tour circulated afterwards.

Tickets: £32pp + VAT

Pace: This tour is for all paces of runner. We'll run at the pace of the gentlest runner in our group. NOBODY gets left behind. If we have two guides available, we may break up into smaller groups based on pace. No one is too slow to join us.
